Within the framework of partnership with “Yerevan Food festival”, TourInfo magazine has prepared a set of recipes suggested by chefs of participant restaurants and cafes.

Yerevan Food Fest will take place on the 23th of September in English Park, Yerevan.

Cactus  restaurant’s Chef Samvel Sahakyan suggests:

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 300 g                         
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Tomato – 100 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 350 g
  • Bulb onion – 100 g

 Preparation:

  • Fry meat and vegetables.
  • Add special sauce and spices.
  • Serve in a hot metal plate. 
  • Garnish with Mexican rice, bean and tortilla.
